Ia menjabarkan, menghadapi potensi peningkatan risiko ekonomi dan perbankan Indonesia pada tahun 2023, Bank DKI akan terus berperan sebagai kolaborator pertumbuhan perekonomian masyarakat dan daerah.

Yakni, melalui inovasi dan optimalisasi sinergi dan kerja sama dengan BUMD, Pemprov DKI Jakarta, serta pihak swasta lain.

Implementasi strategi bisnis yang terus mempertimbangkan transformasi digital, sambung Arie, juga akan dilakukan untuk mencapai strategi jangka panjang dan menghasilkan pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan.

Arie menjelaskan, seiring dengan pertumbuhan bisnis Bank DKI juga turut meraih prestasi cemerlang dengan raihan total 34 (tiga puluh empat) penghargaan sepanjang tahun 2022.

Di antaranya, sebagai 20 Bank terbaik di Indonesia tahun 2022 (World’s Best Banks) versi majalah Forbes, Direktur Utama Bank DKI Masuk ke dalam jajaran TOP 100 CEO 2022 versi majalah Infobank, TOP BUMD 2022 sebagai BPD Berpredikat ‘Excellent’ pada kategori KBMI 2 Bank dengan Aset Rp50 Triliun hingga Rp 100 Triliun oleh Majalah Infobank, The Best Performance Bank Kategori Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD Aset > Rp30 Triliun) oleh Bisnis Indonesia, dan The Best Bank in Digital Services Kategori BPD Aset > Rp30 T oleh Majalah Tempo.

Sementara itu, menutup tahun 2022, Bank DKI mencapa kinerja keuangan yang sangat baik.

Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan penyaluran kredit sepanjang tahun 2022 tumbuh sebesar 23,53% menjadi Rp48,37 triliun pada Desember 2022, dari Rp39,16 triliun di tahun sebelumnya.

Pertumbuhan kredit ini didukung dengan kualitas aset yang sangat baik, dengan membaiknya indikator rasio kredit bermasalah (Non-Performing Loan/NPL) menjadi 1,75% pada Desember 2022 dari 2,98% pada Desember 2021.

Melalui keterangan tertulis di Jakarta, Rabu (8/2/2023), Direktur Utama Bank DKI Fidri Arnaldy menjelaskan, peningkatan kinerja Bank tersebut dicapai melalui strategi ekspansi yang kuat serta sinergi dan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak.

Termasuk Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD), dan perusahaan-perusahaan swasta terkemuka.

“Bersamaan dengan momentum pertumbuhan ekonomi, Bank DKI melakukan Transformasi 5.0 secara menyeluruh dengan akselerasi kinerja penyaluran kredit dan ekspansi bisnis secara berkelanjutan, sebagai komitmen mendorong pemulihan ekonomi Indonesia meskipun masih ada tantangan ketidakpastian global,” ungkap Fidri.

Lebih jauh, peningkatan penyaluran kredit Bank DKI tersebut didorong dengan tumbuhnya seluruh segmen kredit yang agresif secara year-on-year (yoy).

Kredit mikro mengalami kenaikan 54,22% menjadi Rp2,56 triliun pada 2022 dari Rp1,66 triliun di 2021.
Segmen kredit ritel mengalami peningkatan 40,30% menjadi Rp1,29 triliun pada 2022 dari Rp922,44 miliar di periode tahun sebelumnya.

Sementara itu, segmen kredit konsumer tumbuh 13,61% menjadi Rp19,81 triliun pada Desember 2022 dari Rp17,43 triliun di Desember 2021.

Kredit dengan skala lebih besar pun tumbuh sangat baik, seperti kredit sindikasi tumbuh secara signifikan sebesar 70,29% dari Rp3,71 triliun menjadi Rp6,31 triliun di Desember 2022.

Kredit komersial tumbuh 15,40% menjadi Rp16,51 triliun pada tahun 2022 dari Rp14,30 triliun di tahun sebelumnya. Sedangkan kredit menengah tumbuh 67,28% dari Rp1,13 triliun menjadi Rp1,89 triliun di Desember 2022.

Fidri menambahkan, Bank DKI terus memperluas inklusi keuangan, salah satunya melalui digitalisasi pasar. Hal ini dilakukan dengan implementasi aplikasi JakOne Abank sebagai layanan perbankan inklusif, QRIS sebagai sistem pembayaran, dan fasilitas digital lainnya dalam ekosistem pasar.

Sebagai gambaran, Perumda Pasar Jaya saat ini mengelola 154 pasar di Jakarta, dengan lebih dari 200 ribu pedagang dan 2 juta pengunjung setiap hari.
