IDNEWS.CO.ID – Ketua DPRD Provinsi DKI Jakarta Prasetyo Edi Marsudi menggarisbawahi, kawasan kumuh di ibu kota hingga kini masih menjadi persoalan serius bagi Pemprov DKI Jakarta.

Terlebih kawasan kumuh tersebut letaknya tak jauh dari Istana Negara.

Kawasan padat penduduk dan kumuh tersebut, menurut politisi PDI Perjuangan itu antara lain, berada di wilayah Kecamatan Johar Baru, Kelurahan Tanah Tinggi, Kecamatan Senen, Kelurahan Karanganyar, Kecamatan Pasarbaru, khususnya di kawasan padat penduduk, Gang Kingkit, Jakarta Pusat.

Hal itu diungkapkan pria yang akrab disapa Pras saat menghadiri pembukaan musyawarah rencana pembangunan (Musrenbang) di Kantor Wali Kota Jakarta Pusat yang dihadiri Pj Gubernur DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono.

Selain itu, Pras juga mengkhawatirkan kesehatan warga yang tinggal di permukiman padat penduduk tersebut.

Saat reses, ungkap dia, memperoleh banyak keluhan dari masyarakat yang meraa kesulitan untuk beristirahat karena tempat tinggalnya yang sangat terbatas.

“Kondissi permukiman di Johar Baru dan Tanah Tinggi itu sangat memprihatinkan. Untuk bisa beristirahat atau tidur harus dibagi dalam tiga sift. Karena di sana kondisi kemiskinannya juga terlihat,” beber Pras.

Sedangkan Pj Gubernur DKI Heru Budi Hartono mengaku, siap membenahi dua wilayah tersebut.

Ia akan segera berkoordinasi dengan Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) terkait.

Apalagi berdasarkan prediksi hingga 20 tahun ke depan, Jakarta masih akan tetap menjadi magnet bagi investor, kendati sudah tidak lagi menjadi menyandang status Ibu Kota Negara (IKN).

“Pertumbuhan Kota Jakarta masih sebagai sentra bagi para investor, meski pun Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) akan berpindah ke Kalaiamantan Timur pada 2024. Feeling saya, 10 sampai 15 tahun, bahkan 20 tahun ke depan, Jakarta tetap akan jadi titik pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Maka, wajar jika saya sampaikan sukses Jakarta untuk Indonesia,” urai Heru.

Heru yang juga menjabat kepala Sekretariat Presiden itu berjanji akan membenahi sejumlah masalah di permukiman kumuh yang berorientasi langsung menyentuh warga.

Salah satunya adalah membuat septictank komunal untuk mencegah pencemaran air tanah, serta program pencegahan kurang gizi (stunting) pada balita dan anak-anak.

Sementara itu, Wali Kota Jakarta Pusat Dhany Sukma juga mengungkapkan bahwa sejauh ini pihaknya sudah menerima 1.059 program usulan dari Musrenbang tingkat kecamatan dan kelurahan.

Selanjutnya, usulan itu akan disisir lagi untuk dijadikan program prioritas tahun 2024.

Program prioritass tersebut antara lain, penanggulangan banjir, penurunan stunting, pengembangan perekonomain kreatif, penanggulangan kemiskinan, serta penataan kawasan.

“Ini merupakan hasil musrenbang RW yang dilaksanakan pada 4 hingga 23 Januari 2023. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Musrenbang Kecamatan terintegrasi Musrenbang Kelurahan pada tanggal 14 Februari hingga 1 Maret 2023. Berdasarkan data yang ada pada E-Musrenbang, hingga Musrenbang di tingkat kot tercatat, jumlah usulan masyarakat yang sebanyak 1.059 usulan tersebut akan memakan anggaran sebesar Rp. 972 miliar,” tukas Dhany.
